Tony Beach Memorial Run
Tony was a retired Army veteran, who also was the ROTC instructor at Calumet High School. He was
one of the first members in the American Legion Riders. He was lost in 2009 in an accident on his bike. The Keweenaw Peninsula American Legion Riders have began a Scholarship program to be presented annually to a deserving member of the Calumet High School ROTC Program, who meets the standards morally and academically that Tony would expect from his students.
